Loews Hotel Grand Opening

The Grand Opening Party for the Loews Hotel Chicago was truly magical. The team at Loews wanted to create a summer soiree feeling, as the event took place on the third-floor roof deck of the hotel. From the beginning the guests entered into the event, the summer feeling was felt. The guests were welcomed into the hotel by two living trees that also made their way through the event, checking on their garden. The step and repeat was a set built out to showcase a summer picnic with an Audi Sports Car that had Veuve Cliquot being poured. Then, to registration, there was a station to check-in with sites from Chicago projected onto city landmarks. Up on the rooftop, there were three sections of space that were created. There was a rustic-inspired​ area, that featured heavy wood-inspired decor with wood-grilled foods. The main area was the garden park, that had custom branded food trucks that small bites were served out of along with scenic groupings to make it feel like you were in a park. The third was the Veuve Cliquot cabana where bubbles were pouring all evening along with "champagne paired" hors d'oeuvres. For entertainment, each area had different strolling or semi-strolling musical groups and walk around entertainment from a magician to a juggler. The main act was the aerial act over the bar that had performances throughout the evening.
