New American Festival

The New American Festival launched it's annual event in celebration of immigrant contributions to the U.S. economy. We in addition to other Smorgasburg vendors catered the event. We served traditional Sudanese cuisine, featuring our Sambuxas, eggplant salad in pita as well as a scallion tomato salad in pita. The food was an absolute hit amongst festival goers due to uncommon flavor pairings.
