Devil’s Backbone Promo Event

Virginia-based brewing company Devil’s Backbone reached out to AK to put together a memorable “Campsite in the City” themed event set on a rooftop in the heart of Manhattan. And what made it even more fun? It was a 5-course beer pairing dinner! The custom menu including everything from Short Rib & Sweet Potato Mash in mason jars to complement their Vienna brew, to Herbed Chicken & Waffles with a bourbon maple hot sauce glaze to enhance their Eight Point IPA. We even created a s’mores station with spiked drizzles and a variety of dusts to pair with their Cocoa Beer.
