The company inquired about this event 3 weeks prior to the event date. We were able to complete a venue walk-thru and give them an estimate in a timely manner so they can approve our bid. We also were able to Skype in one of their east coast colleagues and allow their guests to do an interactive Q&A with the panelists and the colleague on Skype. We provided 5 Lapel Bodypack Mics, 2 Wireless Han
