We are looking for a new agency to help us print, store and ship our promotional items and trade show supplies. Must haves are:

• Super responsive - via email, texting, willing to hop on calls if needed
• Able to support multiple divisions within the same company and manage invoicing those divisions separately
• Easy to use inventory management platform
• Able to source creative, unique items (so I'm not spending my evenings doing their job for them 🫠 )

What virtual event platform do you all use? Has anyone ever used Goldcast? I am looking to host a half day virtual user conference in the spring. Whatever we pick must have multi track capabilities and a sponsor showcase area. We currently use Demio for webinars (very simple tool) and tried AirMeet (hated it).

We sadly have had quite a few hiccups with our current vendor on the shipping and fulfillment side so wanted to see if anyone has a vendor they recommend.
